1. Can I look at other video and photography references that are related to our type of products?

A: Yes. We have more portfolios that cannot be all included on our website. You are welcome to contact us for more references.

2. Methods of payment?

A: Bank transactions, checks, and FPS are all accepted.

3. Do I need to pay deposit before shooting?

A: Yes. We will charge 50% of the whole payment to kickstart each project. The 50% deposit can help smooth the production process and secure pre-productions like venue booking and props preparing. Client will pay the balance upon completion of the project.

4. I want to make a product video but not sure whether a 3D rendering video or a realistic video will do better for my product?

A: You are welcome to consult our producer. We will give you the best advice according to your needs, product type, requirement, and budget.

5. Do you photograph for print media other than digital media, like printed poster ads, bus ads? 

A: Yes. You are welcome to contact us for details.
